1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
  • Final Sale, personalised, or customised items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Footwear must be returned with the original dust bag and shoe box, which are considered part of the product.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  1. Please request a Return: Contact our Customer Care team at [Insert Email/Phone] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
  3. Shipping Label: A prepaid FedEx return label will be provided. Attach the label to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop Off: Deliver the package to your nearest FedEx location or arrange a pickup.

Please note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If you used Klarna or another instalment payment method, your refund will be applied through that service.

4. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
